Single and double quotes

Let's move on to the single or apostrophe quote (') and the double quote (").

Here there are some differences between the US and UK keyboard layouts. On the US keyboard, the double quote (") is located on the same key as the apostrophe or single quote ('). On the UK keyboard, however, the double quote has its own key, to the left of the Enter key, while the apostrophe shares a key with the @ symbol.

Depending on which keyboard you're using, the location of the double quote will change. The apostrophe or single quote, however, is in the same place on both keyboards.
