With which thumb do you press the space bar?

As you may remember, the space bar is that long key on the keyboard used to insert spaces.

Now that we have seen where the fingers of both hands should be placed it might seem confusing that both thumbs should rest on the space bar.

Should you press the space bar with the thumb of the right hand or with the left hand? Think for a moment; see if you remember what we said in the first unit.

Well, it does not matter which thumb you use; you can use the right or the left. Use whichever feels more comfortable.
